Hi' Sir this is Aditya Kumar, Actually I am suffraging from Lower back pain since 2 years. So please help me.

Low back in more than 80 percent of the patient is mechanical in nature and can be managed with physiotherapy and some pain killer. In less than 20percent patients, it could be from some other cause which need investigation.
Based on the diagnosis further Management will be done.
In your case, this pain is there for last two years which needs investigation to evaluate the cause of pain.
