Lower Back Pain
Hello People, I am suffering from back pain from last 1 year or so.It is kind of On/Off type of occurrence. The location is above the point where the spine ends on both sides. There are some bones there too I guess symmetrical to both sides. My concern is Shall I seek medical consultation as it seems like a prolonged functionality issue for me and the severity might increase too? I have been doing desk jobs for last 4-5 years with very less physical activities (if that helps). Is it normal to feel that little pain even after proper rest?? Regards,

There are 2 joints just above where the spine ends, its called sacro illiac joints, you might have inflammation there, There are a few things to be done to confirm it, please consult a orthopedic surgeon, or online with me

Looks like you have not exercised for a long time. Better start now and avoid bad posture. Thanks
