Lower back pain
Having lower back pain and it led to pain in leg while walking ,while stretching or something I'm getting pain back of knee.

It appears to be a disc problem. Try with a physio who is expert in McKenzie exs. Most of the disc pain can be fixed with this specific directional exs.

Hi plz consult nearest neuro physician it may related to sciatic nerve problem he may suggest proper care and physiotherapy depending upon the degree of pain and medical history
