Lower back pain after lifting TV table.
I'm 35 years old and recently I tried to shift tv table from one room to another and that day felt little muscle heat kind feeling. After few days I'm getting lower back pain. How many days it takes to heal? Consulted doctor he gave zerodolto take daily one for 10 days but after again pain is there. Pls suggest remedies or guide. I can walk or sit but can't bend suddenly muscle pains.

You might have a paraspinal muscle spasm. Take proper bed rest., Some Muscle relaxant, gel application and hot fomentation timely wil help. Avoid lifting weights and travel for time being. Consultation with Orthopaedic surgeon for clinical examination is a must.

This pain appears sudden due any Healy lifting bending forward or even coughing/ sneezing…. You must be having some chronic pain….usually occurs due non maintainable of posture(ergonomics) Take rest Take the medicine prescribed Use hot water bag And see a spine surgeon

Hello greetings from bone and wellness clinic.. Take precautions not to sit cross legged, not to squat, not to lift weight. Anti inflammatory medicine with lumbosacral belt along with lumbar extension exercises can be started.
Next Steps
can go for IFT + SWD physiotherapy for a week.
