You might have a paraspinal muscle spasm. Take proper bed rest., Some Muscle relaxant, gel application and hot fomentation timely wil help. Avoid lifting weights and travel for time being. Consultation with Orthopaedic surgeon for clinical examination is a must.

Hello greetings from bone and wellness clinic.. Take precautions not to sit cross legged, not to squat, not to lift weight. Anti inflammatory medicine with lumbosacral belt along with lumbar extension exercises can be started.
Next Steps
can go for IFT + SWD physiotherapy for a week.
Health Tips
consult an orthopaedic if pain still persists.
