There is a possibility of weakness in ligaments supporting lumbar vertebrae which may be causing instability leading to pain.. There is also a chance of persistent muscle spasm which increases on activities.
Next Steps
I will suggest you to start using LS belt for support..  You may start with Hot fomentation,  Analgesic tablet , Calciumband vitamin d supplements,  local analgesic ointment. Avoid heavy activities for now.. If pain is not relieved, you may need to go for X ray of Lumbar Spine or MRI in case of severe problem..
