Hello I have lower back pain 1 Hello I have to sit for a long hour in my shop 2 I feel very little middle lower back pain and sometimes pain is mild but not cramping 3 I feel pain when I wakeup in morning and something when I sit down and after I up from sit 3 I feel lower back pain mild when I stand for long hours or when I pressure of toilet 4 I don't drink or smoke So tell me exact problem and treatment of it
