Lower Back Fat.
In few months I do have accumulated too much of lower back fat(Belly) also stomach. I do not understand what remedy I should follow to cut it down from the body. It looks very odd.

Check how much weight have you gained in these last few months. Follow a diet low in carbs and high in protein and fibre. Adopt a 5 meal pattern with 3 main and 2 mini meals. Go for exercise at least 5 times a week for 45 mins.
