Lower back and upper knee postural pain.
I have been suffering from a condition where my right upper knee (ACL region) and right lower back gives me a very bad postural pain. I have consulted a lot of doctors and went through a bunch of XRays and a MRI. MRI of my right knee showed - Feautes of ACL sprain with no signs of rupture. XRays of Spine showed - Mild Scoliosis of lumbar spine and break in the pars interarticularis of L5. Now my condition has worsened. I cannot run, I cannot stand for a long duration, my lower right back and right leg (quadriceps region) hurts. This has even affected my regular sleep, I cannot lay down comfortably, keeping a pillow under my right lower back helps a bit. Because of this hindrance to my physical activities, I have started gaining a lot of weight, which is causing other complications. Please advise regarding this. Thank you.

Dear Sir what positive I could find in your description is the breakage of pars, this can lead to spondylolisthesis, which means that one vertebra shifts over the other, and thus cause compression on nerve, leading to pain, you have not mentioned about the findings on your plain X ray of the back. What I feel is the you need a good physio, rather than any other person to make you comfortable
