Lower back and leg pain
My lower back and one leg (backside)paining from last 3 months i do MRI the results are- *L5 S1 partially desiccated and reveals broad based posterocentral disk protrusion just encroaching on both neural foramina ideting thecal sac and bilateral traversing S1 nerve root *L4 L5 disk is partially desiccated and reveals diffuse posterior disk bulge identing thecal sac without significant nerve commpression. What is treatment for that without surgery Note- because i loss much ammont of weight i faced with bad posture , my backpain has any connection with bad posture and what is solution for both posture correction and back and leg pain

Yes if the pain is severe consider surgical intervention
