Lower back and elbow
I have pain in my left hip with a little burning sensation. My elbow hurts when I do pushup and feel weakness in my knee also

Disc compression is happening in your lower bank l4 l5 due to which there is knee pain, you should contact your nearest physiotherapist. Thank you

Some more information , like since how long youve been facing this issue, what alleviates the pain etc will help to reach a conclusion. You can also get your Vit B12, and D3 checked...exercise form may be incorrect or some osteopathic adjustment of hip is required.
