Lower back ache
I have severe pain in the lower back(left side only) and my left knee also feels a bit wobbly. I have been experiencing this whenever I do some physical activity (like cleaning the house or gym). This has been going in for years and it gets better after a few days. For the past one month it has aggravated and reoccurs very frequently. I also have noticed that a portion of my scalp( top left) is numb. For the past two weeks. Is this all posture or stress related and will get better on it's own or something else?

Build muscle strength and flexibility. Maintain a healthy weight. Being overweight strains back muscles. If you're overweight, trimming down can prevent back pain..... ,,
