Lower and middle Back pain
I have pain in my lower back and middle spine and unable to stand walk or sit.
Since yesterday the increase more and facing this problem. What is the cause for this issue. Thanks for you answers and suggestion.

I would advise you to visit an orthopedician and get evaluated and undergo investigations such as X-Ray LS spine or CT/MRI as indicated so that the underlying cause can be fund and treated accordingly
