Low Weight

Hi, I'm Harsha. I'm too thin. My weight is 47 KGS with 170 cms and my age is 22 years. Although I'm eating so much food, I'm not increasing my weight. So doctor please suggest me good DIET doctor please :(

Hi thanks for your query. Your BMI is 16.26  lower than range ( 18.5 - 22.9) . now u need High calorie diet rich ed by protien. Take fibre based max cereals..good animal protein, dairy products, 2 PCs egg,400ml milk or 100gm chana,50 gm paneer, fish daily ,chicken/2 days. Mutton 1 /week. Add butter on breads, chapati. Add ghee on rice. All vegetables & fruits. Take 2 pcs banana,apple,grapes .fibres based products must.water sufficient, warm fresh foods.sleep min 8 hours. Yoga, light exercises in morning .bowl clear ,cleanliness, hygiene, fresh foods no frozen,processed foods but day to day but.
