For gaining weight follow healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening which increase ur metabolism. Don't skip ur breakfast which increase ur appetite. Take high calorie and rich protein In ur diet. Add good fat and nuts in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Avoid junk food and oily food. Hi You need to gain weight you need to follow high calorie high protein diet plan. But I cannot plan your diet without 1 to 1 discussion with you. I mean I want to know your time schedule, diet schedule and medical history. For a while you can follow following weight gain tips which may help you to some extent but for proper result you need to follow personalized diet plan > Eat More Calories Than Your Body Burns > Eat Plenty of Protein > Fill up on Plenty of Carbs and Fat and Eat at Least 3 Times per Day > Don't drink water before meals. This can fill your stomach and make it harder to get in enough calories. > Eat more often. Squeeze in an additional meal or snack whenever you can, such as before bed. > Drink milk. Drinking whole milk to quench thirst is a simple way to get in more high-quality protein and calories >Use bigger plates. Definitely use large plates if you're trying to get in more calories, as smaller plates cause people to automatically eat less. > Get quality sleep. You need to take balance diet with proper exercise. I need your complete information like your eating habits, current diet etc. Choose direct consultation Avoid junk food for gaining muscle and weight. Eat home made food.eat small frequent meals. Take calorie dense food. Drink enough water There are many reasons that you dont gain weight specially at this age it happens.
