Hello.I eat like anything but my weight don't even increase ,even in grams..from years it is 50 only.Never crossed above it.I used to take protein powder but in vain.BMI is also low..I eat at proper time to time.Sleep is also good.If I do too much of work..the weight decreases to 48-49 kgs..but never increase.Plz help

hey, you might have some medical problem , if not you must gain weight , do gym daily it increases your appetite and helps in body building ,have meat , egg , healthy food , make sure your bowel habits are normal , don't take too much of protein powder, they have side effects , take them only after consulting physician
