Hi,
I have gastritis issue with external piles, fissure and fistula. My blood IgE is 837 which is very high.
I am vegetarian, non smoker and non alcoholic. My WBC count is Low 2000 only.
Currently I have changed white rice to brown rice in my diet.
Now plz suggest me Yoga and ayurvedic medicine to increase WBC.
Apart from above mentioned issues I don't have any other medical condition.
