Low voice not audible
If someone is speaking in low voice I am not audible ... Little little sound is heard to me which is not clear

ok. There could be wax in your ear.please get it cleaned from a nearby ENT. Alternatively you can use soliwax thrice daily in your ear and clean afer 3-4 days. all the best

First meet an ENT Specialist who needs to examine your ears and clean it if necessary. Then an audiological assessment (PTA & Impedance Audiometry) needs to be done. This will help your doctor diagnose the illness.
