My wife is suffering from due to low voice from last eight month.Low voice start after 3pm.Morning to before noon voice is normal.there is no pain in the throut.

Voice fatigue at the end of the day may be due to excessive vocal use and inappropriate vocal cord function. Usually there may be associated early stage of vocal nodules also. You may need to visit nearby ENT specialist for vocal cord examination and consult a voice therapist if necessary
