Low vit B12 and low haemoglobin
Hello..I have done routine blood check..it shows Vit B12- 148 and Haemoglobin- 10.5, ferritin-4, and cholesterol -222..so what vit B n iron supplements should I take n for how many days..plz help..

Your vitamin b12 , hemoglobin both are on lower side. You would require multivitamins. But first let me know any medications are you taking? And past medical history if any.
