My height is 5'1".
I'm very self conscious about my height. Whenever I go out and see someone more taller than me or in a movie, I feel very bad about myself and struggle internally with thoughts like WHY MY HEIGHT IS LIKE THIS upto a point I don't want to live anymore.
Because of this I started avoided going out as much as possible.
How can I cure myself and make myself accept that height is something we can't change?

You first of all dont say you need to cure yourself coz you don't have a disease
Its just a complex
You know people have so many complexes
Some are related to career money relationships hair skin color so on and so forth
We all have some complex
But the point is to accept and win over it so it doesn't impact us and our psychological well being
Some therapy sessions will help you for sure
Next Steps
Consult with me or any psychologist for therapy and counseling
All the best :)
