Low platelets
I am having low platelets of 100 when I tested a week ago. Then I started taking Caripill two times a day.
Also having papaya, pomegranate, Amla juice, giloy juice, Aloevera juice and wheat grass once daily.
Yesterday I checked the platelets count is still the same, it has not increased even after one week. I do not have fever.
What to do next

Most of the time platelet count can remain low
But eventually it improves
Plz repeat cbc or hemogram after 2 days and recheck platelet count
