Low platelet count, feeling tired
I attached the blood test reports.. My father is 76 years old and cannot move much. He is undergoing Parkinsons treatment for last 13-15 years. Now he is feeling tired so we had him blood tested.. Can you suggest ayurvedic way to treat anemia / low platelet count? He cannot sustain with iron tablets.. what else can be the solution?

The Platelet count count is manageable not a point of concern.

take plenty of fluids near about 3 litres per day according to his age, including ORS
