When you are consulting with Doctors please treat them as Doctors and not as astrologers. Any logical Doctor will give only one answer; It may go or it may not go. It is your second pregnancy. Please have patience. Even if it doesn't go up and if you bleed , you will have enough time to reach your Doctor.

Yes, probability is high that placenta will go up,  as uterus will enlarge. Take all precautions, consult your doctor and understand all warning sign. And where to go if any emergency come. Choose hospital. Ask for all emergency medicine. Ask questions from your doctor, it will build trust in between both of you.
