Low lying placenta
I am 20 weeks pregnant and had my anomaly scan today. Report says lower end of placenta is covering internal os in posterior wall of uterus. It was also in nt scan earlier. Is there any chance of placenta moving upwards? Should i have bed rest?

It was not reported  in the previous scan because the Sonoligist did not want to give a clinically useless information as a report  during the previous scan. In any case it would have been an irrelevant finding. If you have any bleeding then you are justified in asking this question. Otherwise you should forget it.
