Low lying placenta
Currently in my anamoly scan I have discovered that I have posterior low lying placenta 2.8cm from internal os showing grade 1maturity ,is it a very serious problem that I need to strictly bed rest I can't even do my regular work and walking?

You should not over exert yourself. Strict bed rest is not required.
