Low iron and Vitamin D3
My friend has low iron and Vitamin d3. What should be done? The doctor told her to take iron injections and also 3 tablets per day of iron. And tablet for Vitamin d3. Kindly help. Attaching report

Hi Doctor has suggested her the right thing coz vitamin d and iron levels are very low which can't be normalize with the food rich in iron n vitamin d..

Supplements help to regain iron dificency faster, and vitamin d is also needed, and atvyhe same time eat more green salads in lunch amd dinner, to maintain the levels.
