Low HC percentile at 31 weeks scan
I’m 31 weeks pregnant (LMP: 30 Mar 2025, EDD: 4 Jan 2026). My recent growth scan on 3 Nov shows: single live intrauterine gestation, cephalic presentation, anterior placenta, AFI 11.9, FHR 143 bpm, cervix 4.4 cm. Biometry: BPD 75.7 mm (30w2d), HC 269.7 mm (29w3d), AC 259.5 mm (30w1d), FL 60 mm (31w2d). EFW ~1568 g (28th centile). Dopplers: UA PI 1.1, MCA PI 2.4, CPR 2.18 – all within normal limits. Report mentions HC

Consult a fetal medicine specialist as if HC is less than 5th centile , there can be microcephaly and causes need to be ruled out
