Your first scan - consider edd and gestational age from that. During NT scan ,the thickness of fluid-filled space behind the baby's neck is measured. It is usually done between 11-13 weeks. It shoould be visible to measure properly. Disparity of 3 days is nothing alarming. You can get NT done after one week.
