Low Hb and High iron
Hello Doctors, I'm 19 weeks pregnant and my hb is 8.6, rbc is 3 but iron is 219, folic acid >40 and vitamin b12 is 932. Is it dangerous, I'm getting scared will it affect the baby?

Your Hb is low but your Serum Iron is very high. So it is not a case of Iron deficiency anaemia. Your B12 level is also very high. So it is not even B12 deficiency. Please get your CBC done again. If the report is the same then you should get yourself investigated under the care of a Haematologist. Don't take Iron by any route.
