Low hb levels and iron overload
Hi I am in 9th month of my pregnancy . My hb levels are 8.6 . Will it be a concern during the delivery ? Due to low hb I am on iron supplements for last 2 months . Also , when I got the iron studies and serum ferritin tests done which pointed towards iron overload -3x of acceptable value , will it lead to any complications ?
