Low grade fever from last 3 months

Asked for Male, 66 Years

My father has a low grade fever from last 3 months. His age is 66. We have got all thr test done and his esr is 37. He has got full body checkup, mri, chest xray etc. But no doctor is able to diagnose the problem behind the high ESR rate He has a low grade fever of around 99 2-3 times a day and then it gets normal in some hour automatically
