Low grade fever for past 3 weeks
I have presistent low grade fever for past 3 weeks.I feel my palm and feet are always hot.Iam feeling dizzy all the time  . My low grade fever takes a peek during morning 11 to 4 . I have done my widal test . The sto (positive in 1:20 dilutions ) and sth (positive in 1:40 dilutions ) .spah and spbh is negative . Does it indicate typhoid ? .

No at all Typhoid ,very low widal titres to say it s Typhoid ,requires further evaluation for feeling increased warmth in palm &sole ,may be B12 deficiency .
