Low grade fever for 30 days
I have been experiencing low grade fever for the last 30 days.  Fever has a tendency to rise after 12 noon and subsides after 10 pm. Initially, although WIDAL test was negative, doctors treated me for typhoid and gave me Azithromycin and cefixime. 10 days later I changed doctor who gave me cefuroxime and Levofloxacin. After no improvement, I stopped having antibiotics after 17 days. I have done various diagnostic tests- WIDAL, Dengue, malaria, tuberculosis gold, LFT, KFT, CBC, VITAMIN B/D, CHEST X-RAY, AMYLASE, LIPASE, LIPID PROFILE, URINE RE Except for very slightly elevated LFT parameters(sgpt-57 and GGPT-60, Bilirubin- 1.22), all my parameters are normal. CBC parameters are normal but ESR value is 50 right now.(was 37 at the start of fever). Apart from this I have slight throat pain. No issue with fecal motion or urine. Now I have body weakness and joints pain. I have lost about 5-7 kg weight during the course of this fever. Please advise further course of treatment?
