Hi
some people have BP on lower side naturally so in that case u don't really need to do anything but yes if u are having any complaints then u might need to do something about it like increasing water and salt intake which helps in naturally increasing the pressure.
If not then we need to find out first why the pressure is low everytime and then treat it acy

You can take ORS 2-3 times in a day.
You can include some Namkeens in your diet.
No medicine is given as a routine for low BP. Medicine can be given if it is during Anaesthesia and Surgery when the patient is being monitored.
