Low blood pressure and dizziness

I have been feeling dizziness, nausea, fainting from past 2-3 days. I got it checked and found blood pressure is around 95. I have been taking ORS but still feel dizzy sometimes. I have started eating raisins as well. I am so confused what to do and what to eat. I don't like this feeling of dizziness.
