Low Blood Pressure, dizzy
I recently felt dizzy many times while I got up from sitting position. So I got my BP checked up at a local diagnostic lab and found it was 90/60. Is this on the lower end? Will this cause any issues? Do I need to consult a physician for this? Please let me know.

Hello, I can say for your age the blood pressure readings are quiet low but I can also say this is not that low to be bothering your day to day activities. To maintain your blood pressure all you need to do is taking adequate amount of water in regular intervals sum of 2-3.5 liters of water a day and also take lemon juice with pinch of salt and 1 tea spoon of sugar. Mean while you cam also check you blood sugar levels because low bp not alone will cause giddiness. Thank you
