Dizzyness
I have been dizzy today after taking Tylenol Extra Strength about 500mg. (Red Text oval pill) It started after 5:00 pm EST. No shortness of breath only chest congestion no mucus mostly dry cough. I feel chills and it makes me go to bed with extra blankets. I wake up hot but when i get out im fine. Its hard to eat but I already went through 2 1/2 gatorade/ powerade drinks. Including water. My cough has increased today more than yesterday and Im 2 full days in. Im just nervous because even sitting I feel dizzy and I ate quite a bit on purpose because I haven't ate that well. Doctors recommend 2 pills of 200mg Motrin. I have been taking just 1 500mg tylenol every 4-8 hours. (Today I only took 3 pills and am not considering the 4th one tonight at 12:00pm. I went to the ER last night and they said its normal and thats it. But im feeling more dizzy then ever, not crazy but just light headed/lightly dizzy when i move my neck and get up.

Your symptoms are suggestive of respiratory infection. You need to do blood investigation and if suggestive of bacterial infection, a course of antibiotic will help.
Next Steps
