If this symptom is only for one or two days, it can be because of dehydration.. 3 to 4 litres of fluids should be there in your body daily,avoid stress and tensions, and sleep minimum of 8 hours at night.. you should feel better..

Lack of sleep
Loss of appetite
Low HEMOGLOBIN
Multivitamin deficiency
Levels of blood pressure
