Since both MRI and Doppler are essentially normal for acute causes, your persistent dizziness is likely from: -Inner ear/vestibular issue (very common: BPPV, vestibular neuritis, Ménière’s disease). -Cervical spine problems (cervical spondylosis, posture-related). -Migraine-associated vertigo. -Systemic causes: anemia, thyroid issues, vitamin B12/D deficiency, low blood pressure, dehydration. -Anxiety/stress can also amplify dizziness.
Next Steps
Blood tests: CBC, Thyroid function, Vitamin B12, Vitamin D, blood sugar. Cervical spine xray Continue Vertin (betahistine) as advised by your doctor; sometimes a short course of vestibular rehab physiotherapy is also very helpful. Consult with me after reports arrive.
Health Tips
Red flag symptoms (urgent doctor visit if you develop): sudden severe headache, new weakness, slurred speech, double vision, vomiting.

Vertin may be the cause of your symptoms. It can be one of the side effects of Vertin
