Your symptoms — dizziness on standing, uneasiness, and palpitations — despite normal ECG, ECHO, CT brain, and EEG — are most consistent with postural (orthostatic) hypotension or anxiety-related autonomic imbalance. Common causes include dehydration, skipping meals, lack of sleep, or stress. What you can do: Stay well hydrated and avoid sudden posture changes. Check your blood pressure in lying and standing positions. Limit caffeine and alcohol. Get your thyroid profile, Hb, and vitamin B12 levels tested if not done. However, recurrent dizziness needs a detailed autonomic and lifestyle evaluation to rule out subtle cardiac rhythm or anxiety-related causes. You can message me directly on WhatsApp at eight zero zero nine eight two one double three two for a personalized review and management plan.

It sounds like you may have postural (orthostatic) dizziness, which happens when blood pressure drops on standing. Since ECG, echo, CT, and EEG are normal, it’s likely benign. Stay hydrated, adequate salt intake, rise slowly, and avoid standing abruptly. If symptoms worsen or you faint, see a doctor.

Just check your blood pressure and other vitals from near by health centre .    May be due to low blood pressure. If the BP is also normal just go for a routine  blood count  to know the haemoglobin level
