Beta HCG value is 64 on 4 week 4 days pregnancy... is this very low and what precautions i should take ? Can continue fertility yoga class ?

You can do a repeat beta HCG after 48hrs.If the value is doubling it's a good sign.Indicating healthy pregnancy.

Hello, So your Beta HCG level is within the required range , hence I would advise you to not worry and stress yourself. Doing mild daily exercise does no harm to baby or to you. However you should check with your obstetrician regarding other investigations and book yourself to one doctor for future antenatal visits.

Titers More than 100 are confirmitory for pregnancy You need to check doubling titers in 48 hours If your  yoga classes are under the supervision of an instructor you can definitely continue
