Suffering from low back pain since 2years and not relived on NSAIDS,neck pain since 15 days..MRI whole spine is Normal 1year back.remaining all investigations are normal

In my opinion you must go for vitamin d ,calcium & vitamin b 12 test...if these are deranged you have to take supplements for quite sometime...and do not think that this pain will go off by doing exercises...do hot fermentation... I think that somewhere your postures are also incorrect so kindly keep your body aligned

Hi. ..u can do some Back care strentheing exercises spinal extension exercises. Then u can apply quick iceing twice 5to10min.if not reduced ur pain consult a good physiotherapist specialist in MPT (ortho) near by u.
