Low amniotic fluid
My wife is 29 weeks and 5 days pregnant and has some pain in leg. Doctor referred to ultrasound. Ultrasound showed my wife has low amniotic fluid (AFI-7.4) and EFW is 1304 +_193 grams. Please Suggest me a correct advice.

You should have consulted your Gynaecologist who referred you for sonography. The treatment for your problem is not very complicated but since it is your Gynaecologist who is going to monitor you it is better that you seek his advice.
