Lost of interest and de-motivated
I have been facing this problem from several months. I lose interest in everything and I'm always down. I'm angry most of the time. I am having sleeping issues. Sometimes i sleep more and some days I hardly sleep. The same case with eating habits. I tend to overthink. I'll be lying down all day. Work place is miserable for me, no enthusiasm. I've stopped chit chatting, i am always silent. May be due to this people might have stopped having conversation with me. Please help! I keep crying all night. I am always Low.

Hello practo user I can understand the difficulty that you are currently facing in your life right now . Feeling low , losing interest in day to day activities , sleep and eating patterns being disturbed can all be signs of some underlying mental health issue which is hampering your life . It seems that some stressful event might have triggered these unhealthy behaviours . You can try and practice deep breathing and meditation to calm your mind and it might help reduce the anger , try and maintain a thought diary and write down all the situtations which are disturbing and try and write a rational response for the same rather than an emotional one . Try and engage yourself in activities as isolating yourself can make the situation more difficult . It is advisable that you seek help from a clinical psychologist for proper diagnosis and treatment and also to learn healthy and positive coping skills for your issues . You can also get in touch with me through the practo app for any further help or guidance.
Next Steps

Dear, From the description, it seems that you are either in clinical depression or are moving steady towards it. It may be mild or moderate as of now which can only be established once you see a mental health professional. As you have mentioned, this all commenced in last few months. May be there were certain stressors in your life in the past from which you could not cope up, or may be your coping mechanisms were not robust enough to remain stable.
Next Steps
It is strongly recommended that you see a psychologist or a psychiatrist at the earliest.
