Not only did my dad pass away. i lost my grandma the very next day. at that time i had to be strong to support my mom. but now when i come to realise the reality that he is gone i'm unable to deal with it

It's important that we realise that grieving has few steps and it takes time. You must be easy on yourself and give time to grieve without judging or feeling that everything must be Allright at once. You can meanwhile speak to a Psychologist and vent out.
