Nexito forte is a combination and should help him sleep. Since it isnt i would recommend that
1) take medicine between 8-9pm at night and not just before bedtime.
2) yes, clonazepam 0.5 will be safe and should be prescribed by psychiatrist .
3) if problem persists follow up with your psychiatrist.
