Loss of weight & belly
Hi, I'm 24yrs and height of 5.6, And weight of 64 kg. I am increasing weight and also stomach is coming out... How to reduce ma weight and also belly. please suggest me sum good tips to overcome this.

Halo mam - I find your body mass index is 22.94 . so you are just nearby at border line of higher side. u can come down 4 kg to 6 kg. For low weight stop taking too much rice,fast,junk,cream based foods .no cream foods like ice cream, pizaa,biriany etc. no cold drinks. Eat low calorie foods low CHO & saturated fats. more quality protien. vegetables, fruits except banana, coconut, dry fruits help u. sleep 7 hrs. mostly dynamic life,exercises, yoga ,walikg, skipping helpful for belly fat. Also for big tummy u can do some poses related body parts which I can mail u .
