Loss of taste n smell
From last 3 days i lost my sense of smell n taste, i dun have any symptom like cold, cough or fever or shortness of breath , nothing... i had sinus issues but my nose is not blocked, may i know what is ths...an allergy or wht...i m terrified..?

Immediate do routine blood tests, B12 levels and XRay for sinuses. If all above normal then better do Covid 19 test

Generally loss of sense of smell is seen when your nerve sensory fibers which carry sense of smell to brain get affected, could be because of long standing sinusitis or polyps or could be a neurogenic problem.
