  4. Smell taste loss. 20-30%. please advise.

Smell taste loss
I was tested positive on 10th September 2020 with only symptom of taste and smell loss. I have been tested negative after 14 days but still struggling with smell and taste loss and headache. Now it has been more than a month and I have recovered taste smell around 20-30%. Please advise.

It will recover gradually.. It may take longer in a few people.. Please continue to take steam 2 times daily

Taste and smell may take as long as 6 weeks on an average to recover and some patients may take  even longer . Take healthy food ,plenty of fluid and everything will become normal with time.. nothing to worry.
