Cold is mostly accompanied by body ache and bit feverish. If you have more symptoms like cough fever above 101 drop in spo2 then consult a physician.
If all's well then just take steem and nebulization. Have warm soups or Kanji or Porridge which will make you feel better.
And improve your appetite too.
